About us......

Janet's Zumba story....
I discovered Zumba Fitness while on holiday in Puerto Rico and fell in love with it ...
the accessibility, the fun and the wonderful rhythms.
My wish for my participants is that they catch the 'Zumba spirit' and leave my classes feeling,
as one participant put it:  that they've had the best fun ever in a fitness class!

Winnie's Zumba story....
Growing up in Lima-Peru was an extraordinary experience since I was born in Hong Kong.
It gave me the opportunity to absorb and enjoy the beautiful culture of Latino America,
especially its vibrant music and dances.
As a Zumba instructor,I want everyone to discover his/her Latin soul and to enjoy the
different Latin dances as much as I do. Nothing makes me happier than to see all my participants dancing up a storm, sweating and most important of all....having a lot of fun.

Marisol's Zumba story......
Born and raised in Mexico City and being a daughter of a Mexican fitness instructor, my passion for dance and fitness have been a part of my life even before I was born.
With a Bachelor degree in Education and a natural dance talent I became a bellydancer, dancing for over seven years and teaching for three. This allowed me to explore more areas such as yoga and pilates.
Once committed to the fitness world, I discovered the addictive Zumba program: "The perfect combination of dance and fitness". I became a Zumba Instructor in 2009 while I was working at Club Med and have been teaching since then.
In 2011 my life took a turn, I married a Canadian and moved to Richmond, BC.
Being a Zumba instructor, for me, is just about spreading the the passion and love of this wonderful program in every class; bringing to your life health and happiness with latin flavour.
Come, join me and you will see what I mean.
